- How often does my system need to be serviced?
An engineer will service your system at your clinic every 5-6 months. - How long does the service take?
We recommend that you leave at least one hour for the engineer to service the system. - How long will it take for Ellipse to refurbish my applicator?
Once we have received your applicator, it will be back in your clinic within 5 working days. - If I have a crack/hair line crack or chip on my light guide, can I still use it?
We would always recommend that you send your applicators to the refurbishment department if you can see any cracks or chips. Constant use could make the cracks larger in size and may cause burning to the client. - If I have a breakdown on my system, how long will it take for the engineer to be at my clinic?
24 hours with the UK and 24-48 hours within Ireland. - How do I pay for my monthly maintenance or applicator contract?
A direct debit will be set up to take a monthly payment on 25th of each month. Customers in Ireland will have the payment taken via credit card on the 25th of each month. - If I have a problem with my system and I can not resolve the problem myself, who do I need to contact?
Please call the Ellipse Head office on 020 7581 4499 (option 3) you will be put through to the technical department who will help you with any technical or applicator problems. - Why is it important to have a maintenance contract?
As the Ellipse system may be a large portion to your businesses income, we would recommend that the system be routinely checked to avoid any sudden problems or breakdowns which would put your system out of action until repaired losing you income to your business
