Our service contracts provide you with a range of benefits to help maintain your equipment. We offer cost effective service contracts ranging from the simple Preventative Maintenance Agreement to the all-inclusive Agreement.

Contract Options
There are many options to choose from for the maintenance on your system and the refurbishments of your applicators.
1. Technical Support only contract: £241.66 per month
We will service your Ellipse system twice within the 12 months. Within this contract you will be covered for all parts, labour and any breakdown costs.
2. Technical Support & Applicator contract: starting from £322.91 per month
You will have your Ellipse system serviced twice within the 12 months. You will be covered for all parts, labour and breakdown costs. You will also be covered for your applicator refurbishments depending on how many you pay for at a reduced price within the contract. We guarantee your applicators will be returned within 5 working days.
3. UNLIMITED Applicator refurbishment contract: £243.75 per month
This option will provide you with unlimited applicator refurbishments for 12 months. It will give you peace of mind to know you will always have a working applicator and we guarantee your applicator back within 5 working days.

Types of Contract & Services:
Technical Support & Maintenance Only Contract
In this cover we provide breakdown support and telephonic assistance for machine related problems. All breakdown parts, call outs and manual labour are covered under this contract. Your machine is serviced and checked twice every year. Copies of service report documents will be given to you for Health Care Commission Registration. Applicator refurbishment are not covered under this contract.
Technical Support & Applicators Contract
In this contract we provide all the services covered in the Technical Support & Maintenance Only Contract plus all applicator refurbishments are included. No matter how many applicators you change during the contract period you do not pay extra for the refurbishment. Refurbishments are quicker since there is no delay for payment. Copies of service report documents will be given to you for Health Care Commission Registration.
Applicators
Ellipse BeautyLight Ltd provides applicator refurbishment for all Ellipse IPL machines. If your applicator is damaged or defective or if it is due for a refurbishment, Ellipse BeautyLight Ltd provides quick and efficient refurbishment.
Service Calls
If you are not under warranty or have a contract agreement, and you wish to have your machine serviced, we provide an efficient maintenance service for your system this is based on an ad hoc agreement. Your service report will be sent to you which will be necessary for your Health Care Commission registration.*
Installations
We have our own Installation Engineers who install all Ellipse machine in UK & Ireland. All our systems are ‘Pre Delivery Inspected’ (PDI) and checked before installation in your clinic. It is very important that Ellipse IPLmachines are installed according to standard installation procedures specified by the manufacturer DDD to avoid component damage.
Treatment Upgrades
We provide a service to upgrade your machine to have more treatment applications available, for example: Skin Rejuvenation, Facial Thread Vein, Acne and Pigmented Lesions.
Breakdown Support
If your machine is broken down and you are not under contract with us, we will still provide you with immediate assistance to get your machine back in running order.*
