Nathaniel has been with the company from the beginning and is always available to answer any technical related questions or applicators concerns. Weather it’s related to your contact or query on your machine Nathaniel is always able to answer your questions.
Ashaki Vidale:
Technical Support & Product Development
Ashaki is responsible for all of our engineers. She also oversees all Applicator Refurbishment and Technical & Maintenance contacts. Please contact her to discuss all contract options or any concerns that you may have with your systems.
Konrad Borys: Ellipse Technical Support Engineer
Konrad is an Ellipse A/S trained service and breakdown engineer who is highly recognized in the industry for his inventive skill and background knowledge of general IPL/Laser technologies.
Jack Keane: Ellipse Service & Applicator Engineer
Jamel was trained by Ellipse A/S, and specialises in applicator technologies and refurbishments. Jamel is based in our Refurbishment Ctr. and is always available to answer any questions regarding your applicators or Ellipse IPL products.
Steve Green: Installation Engineer
With over 6 years of experience in installation and support of IPL machines, Steve is our installation specialist for all our IPL machines. Steve is also responsible for our warehouse for our vast range of Ellipse spare parts and IPL machines.
