Nathaniel Dodd: Service & Support Engineer
DDD certified and specialists in the service and repairs of the IPL machines. Nathaniel also refurbishes your Ellipse applicators at our Knightsbridge clean room. He is always happy to assist you in any way either to help answer your questions or attend to your machine.
Shene Kurien: Technical Support Engineer
Shene holds a Masters Degree in Laser Physics & Electronic Engineering. He has over two years experience in Research & Development of laser machines and a year’s experience in manufacturing of high power pulsed laser machines. Shene is our head engineer for providing technical support for all machine queries and possible breakdowns.
James Green: Service & Support Engineer
Fully DDD certified and specialises in the services and breakdowns of the IPL systems and applicator refurbishments. James is always happy to assist and help you with any problems with your system.
Steve Green: Installation Engineer
With over 6 years of experience in installation and support of IPL machines, Steve is our installation specialist for all our IPL machines. Steve is also responsible for our warehouse for our vast range of Ellipse spare parts and IPL machines.
Jenny Elliot: Technical Contract & Applicator Refurbishment Manager
Jenny has worked with Ellipse for 5 years and has been instrumental in sales and development in this time. She is also available to discuss all options with regards to technical support cover, upgrades and system trade in’s. Jenny is also responsible for applicator refurbishments.
Charlotte Torre: Technical Contract & Customer Service Manager
Charlotte has worked with Ellipse for 8 years in various departments including training and applicator refurbishments. She is available to discuss all options with regards to technical support cover, upgrades and system trade in’s and customer service issues.
